You're not just a latte artist. You're also a video artist! amazing video. I love matcha latte so much, but people tend to use the lower-quality stuff unfortunately and it makes them think like it's overly bitter and not tasty - that's why when I try to convert a friend to matcha I make them the ceremonial grade.
